Peilin Wang is currently an M.S. student at the School of Microelectronics Science and Technology, Sun Yat-sen University (SYSU), supervised by Prof. Mingyu Wang. His research interests include chiplet-based architectures, on-chip/package networks, and multi-chiplet GPU architectures. He received his B.Eng. degree in Microelectronics Science and Engineering from the School of Microelectronics Science and Technology, Sun Yat-sen University.
