Peilin Wang is currently a Master student in MST, SYSU under the supervision of Prof. Mingyu Wang. His research interests include chiplet-based architecture, on-chip/package network and multi-chip GPU. He received the degree of BEng in Microelectronics Science and Engineering from School of Microelectronics Science and Techonology, Sun Yat-Sen University (SYSU).
